All books and other printed merchandise are sold on as "as-is" basis, without warranty. While every precaution has been taken in the preparation and production of the book and other printed merchandise, all printing and binding processes have a certain amount of inconsistency. Purchasers should expect some color, image placement, and binding variation from book to book, and image to image.

Return Requirements before Refund (When Applicable)

No refunds may be made unless and until all three of the requirements have been satisfied:

  1. Headstamp Publishing has been contacted by the customer wishing to make the return and an authorized return shipping label has been sent to the customer.

  2. The returned book must physically be received by Headstamp Publishing.

  3. The returned book must satisfy the Return Criteria listed below (for Opened Book, Unopened Books, Signed and Limited Edition Book, and International Order, as relevant).

Return Criteria

Opened Books (Shrink Wrap Removed): No returns accepted.

Unopened Books (Standard Edition): May be returned for a refund of the physical item price within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase (receipt). The cost of shipping to the customer is not refundable. Return shipping is responsibility of the customer. Refund will typically be made within one week of receipt of the returned merchandise. Contact us first for return authorization.

Signed and Limited Edition Books: Due to the unique nature of these books, no returns are accepted.  Furthermore, for limited/signed numbered books and prints, Headstamp Publishing makes no guarantee that customers will receive a specific number.

International Orders: Please contact us to obtain return authorization.  If you purchased your book from an international distributor, please contact the distributor to make arrangements.

No Refund Issued

  1. Customer simply refuse delivery and the book is not returned to Headstamp Publishing

  2. Returned book is not received by Headstamp Publishing

  3. Customer return does not satisfy the above requirements specified in Return Requirements before Refund and Return Criteria
